Nicole is the CEO and Founder of FUSE MGT, a premier agency for professional makeup artists based in Las Vegas. As a Las Vegas makeup artist, she began her journey after earning a degree in Aesthetics from The Academy of Hair Design in Las Vegas. With over 7 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, Nicole's career is just taking off. While still navigating life as a newly single mom to her little boy, she launched her first venture as a Freelance Makeup Artist under the name Makeup by Nikki P, all while attending aesthetician school. Her dedication to perfection and her passion for leaving clients beyond happy set her apart from other aestheticians in the area, quickly filling her appointment books. Driven by her dream to help cultivate other artists and models into their own brands, she founded FUSE MGT in 2019 after careful planning and research. Introducing FUSE MGT makeup artist Claribel! Hailing from Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, Claribel began her journey in the makeup industry inspired by great makeup moguls. Determined to make her name stand out in the beauty community, she never anticipated that she would one day work alongside top local, national, and international photographers and models on set for leading fashion and beauty campaigns, major magazines, as well as films and music videos. What started as a hobby quickly transformed into a lifestyle and a thriving career that has taken her life by storm. Claribel has been taught and mentored by MUA Andrea Curto at her online School of Makeup, and further developed her skills in Las Vegas and LA under renowned master MUAs like Nick Lujan, Victor Cembellin, Kevin James Bennett, Leah Carmichael, Orlando Santiago, and Danessa Myricks, absorbing the finest techniques of the beauty industry. Professionally certified in master makeup, skin corrections, mature skin, cocktail/party, fantasy makeup, bridal, and body art, she specializes in skin corrections and photography makeup. Now officially working with Mia Magazine, she is making appearances in high-profile magazines such as Vegas Runway, IMirage, Fèroce, and prestigious international publications like Playboy, Maxim, and Vanquish. Claribel has also showcased her talent on the sets of Emmy-nominated short films and is now competing at the biggest World Bodypainting Festival (WBF) as a business owner and member of the International Association of Women (IAW). With high goals set, she loves empowering women through her workshops and serves as a role model for them to follow their dreams. Mariel LaBouliere is a freelance makeup artist and licensed esthetician originally from Philadelphia, now based in the NYC area and Las Vegas. As one of the talented professional makeup artists in the industry, Mariel specializes in bridal makeup but enjoys exploring all forms of the art. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and has a background in music, having grown up singing professionally.
